D&P: "We'll offer you x in the pound"
Creditor: "How much will it be?"
    D&P: "We don't know"

    Fucking brilliant <laugh>

Murray, Whytey, D&P and Green have played a blinder. Well done to all involved.

they're just going to show the creditors how much money they have in the pot. They can't offer a pence in the pound deal just now because of the BTC

They could have offered X amount with the stipulation that the amount could go up or down depending on the result of the case.

The other thing that needs to be remembered is that D&P will be pocketing their fee from that amount. Their full fee. Which currently stands at something like two million quid (and rising).

No bad for a few months work eh?

Plus they'll have to pay next months wages from the pot also, which will be back up to full value from Friday.

It's just so they can liquidate in good faith after the deal is rejected

You have to laugh at Fat Sally McMoist bemoaning the fact that they will have to field a team of youngsters and will be lucky to finish in the top 6, conveniently forgetting that they have cheated their way to the top and arrogantly assuming the newco will waltz back into the SPL.

**** Rangers and their arrogance and cheating ways. Live by the sword, die by the sword. **** off to Division 3 and work at it like the rest of us poor clubs have had to do whilst you cheated your way to success.

In fact just **** off and die.

D&P on Radio Scotland this morning:-

Confident the CVA will be adopted but if not everything will be cool with a newco and they're pleased with their performance.

    <ok>

    Well that's alright then.

The sad thing is you're right Gambol. Any other club would be left to perish.

Clowns at the sfa !!! They let you off lightly, it's you that have broken all the rules and have to be punished accordingly . If (big if )you get a cva and if (a bigger if ),Green does have lots of multi millionaires lined up , what would stop you doing what you've done all over again ??????

Shouldn't it be a sniggering huddle.

We said we're sorry. All is forgiven.

The perks of being the establishment club. :)

Is the establishment from GCC through wee Eck at Holyrood to the press not riddled with Papes working in conjunction with the Vatican to rid Scotland of the great Protestant institution that is The Rangers?

    That's what I've heard.
