    After the supposed shirt design leak this morning, It got me thinking... what sort of shirt would we all like for the 2011/12 season?

    Anyway, I had a little mess about and came up with a few ideas. They're all very basic and similar, but here they are anyway.

    A bottle opener, an internal pocket and nipple protectors to stop the chaffing caused by bouncing about.

    I still hate the NR logo in the shirt. I've just never managed to get used to it but as long as they are the sponsor it remains...

    Apart from the sponsor I'm fairly happy with the shirt we have today.

    I'm personally not a fan of the big black rectangle behind the NR logo, it ruins the stripes. I quite like their little pink box though.

    Found one of my old tops from about 5 or 6 years ago with the blue outline and the NR logo just has an outline around the letters, but keeps the stripes intact - why can't we get a top like that again?

    I like what you've done with the logo. And like AH says, we need a proper collar.

    Assuming we have the same **** collars as this year i'd like to see something like this.

    Something I did in 5 minutes, got too much work to do to so I may do one with the NR logo changed at some point.

    Nah a fan of collars on footy shirts!

    I wouldn't mind going back to the old round neck n buttons from 95/96 season...Obviously England have it now and I think it looks pretty smart like!

    Northern Rock has such a boring logo :( That's meant to be a shiny dark silver for the logo btw.

    Put in black and white,put badge in middle, NR logo less box in middle ,add collar from 08-09 season and that would be a nice jersey imo.

    The way I've done it? Needs photoshop, and some pre-made templates such as FB Kits or SS '10 (I only use base and collars from them), this video gives a good enough description http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKRTHFGguJg There's also a program called smart shirt designer, no idea how well it works, but eliminates the need for photoshop
