i really hope he extends his stay,he was written off last season by a lot of fans but proved them all wrong by having some very solid games for us in div 1.he is wycombe through and through and deserves a 2 year deal.
Rocky you are bang on there, he could be a key player for us next season if we can retain him. THink it's well out of order he's only been offered a year too, especially with a testimonial due (I think, although am willing to be proved wrong) in two year's time.
I hope Bloomfield stays for next season. I've criticised him in the past as I don't think he is league one standard when it comes to quality but his effort is second to none in the team and that is something I've always admired. He still lacks the ability of Donnelly in passing, set piece deliveries and carving out goalscoring opportunities which is something we missed for a long time from midfield after his injury. But Bloomfield brings something different with his energy and will be an asset in league 2. Whether he can step it up to league one again if we get back there remains to be seen which is probably why he's only been offered a 1 year contract for now.
one year deals appear to be in, now we are in a recession. this has lost us 3 and possibly 5 players from our squad. so far we have got rid of 4 lost 3 and 2 are making their minds up, may june and july can be awkward. good luck in raising dosh for your players. our manager graham turner has said he will not splash out, he is quite happy with free transfer/loan players. good luck next season, at least gas may be a 6 pointer
I think you lot should keep your good players, as you will need them to keep up with the gas next season
I sense you are a little unnerved Rocky. Nothing to do with the Donkey returning to your field is it He is ready to steal your Carrots
at least the gas will retain most of their ex buckle rejects, only darlington or chester will bid £150 for the lot, but they cannot afford £250 for matty h, i understand chester buttered carrots are delicious though!
Problem is we have a transfer embargo as we are still to file our books from last year. Not sure there will be much money left to spend after buying back our club off the owner. Even free transfers may be a bit to much!!
as long as we still have our club surely we will all be happy,i just wish it would get sorted as soon as poss.the only thing bothering me is how will the trust keep the club afloat or is there a sugar daddy blues fan willing to front up some money.
good news about dunne but blooms has still not signed http://www.bucksfreepress.co.uk/sport/football/wanderers/9734418.Dunne_signs_on_the_dotted_line/
