He's right Gerard. Those were the threats made to the Swiss FA unless they got their **** together. The SFA's hand is being forced. The regulations are pretty clear on bringing actions against football authorities. I have said it for quite a while that Rangers actions could potentially cost us. The SFA has to be robust in its position,The statement yesterday was weak (wait till tuesday) but quite simply, they have to act, or UEFA will decide they are not a competent body to administer the game......which looks to be the case regardless. I don't really understand why D&P would engage in such a ruinous course of action although I can think of a few reasons why and I don't mind a spot of speculating. The most obvious one is suicide by litigation.
