    You forget about some teams that have been top flight when you see the state they're in now.

    Bradford, for example.

    Had that dramatic survival on the last day of the season against Liverpool years ago. David Wetherall I believe keeping them up. And now, consistently scratching around the bottom end of League 2.

    And Leeds. 12th in the table, but can't even reach 12th in Championship now. Be lucky if they stay up next season!

    Thats actually a really interesting view of stats over that time.

    I never realised only 7 teams have been in there all the time.

    I could have sworn Luton had been in the premier league, but closer inspection reveals they were relegated from the first division in 92. The season before the premier league's inception.

    Didn't Deano score a crucial goal for them a game before this, potentially a winner / equaliser against Liverpool?
