To be honest you will probably be alright and get a result against West Brom and start wondering what all the fuss was about, our lot on the Newcastle board were talking like this until the Wolves game and now everyones happy as larry. Both teams will finish in respectable positions I should think, just dont tell the others I said so
Or just mistyped with the aid of some Jura purchased with the able assistance of Syd. And a wireless keyboaard that has started to have a life of its own. hahaha
The problem is mate we are Sunderland and this has been our half glass lives since 73. Mee I cant decide if mines half full or half empty though.
I often have trouble deciding that myself about NUFC, some days I just feel like packing it all in, could never do that though!
Thing is mate, if i didn't have Sunderland AFC to **** things up, i may end up unsettled in my job, or with the mrs, wanting to move , a new car. Supporting a north east club makes you appreciate stability in the rest of your life, thus making you a better person. Ha. Maybe not, but it ****ing sounded decent!
I wish that was true, but when we lose It can put me in a bad mood for hours... sometimes even days if it was a particularly bad loss (bolton 5-1) Interesting theory though, suppose it would be boring supporting someone like Chelsea or Man Utd though, probably wouldnt appreciate the highs as much.
I didn't marry till I was 30, my whole life before then was work to earn money to spend on beer, cigars, women and most importantly SAFC. People not from the NE can't understand the passion our clubs instill in us, or why that passion spills over into hatred.
I think at the moment he's struggling with ideas & personal issue's, I don't particularly want him to leave, but if he did & the club wanted to prove to me they are serious about the future, then I would like either Jose Mourinho or Rafa Benetez as manager, I don't think Martin O'Neil would be up to the job
I'm not shouting for SB to go, now or at the end of the season. Why, oh why, is there such a clamour for supporters to want the head of the manager when things don't go well - or as well as the supporters believe they should? I will make a decision on SB near to, or at the end of next season, as for me it takes at least that long for a manager to shape and influence a group of players into an effective force. At this time there are matters that can be improved, but let's give him the opportunity to do so. KTF
I think that if we do not achieve a top ten finish............ I hope we do finish in the top half for many reasons...........one of them being I just don't know who would be interested in replacing Bruce...........
Sure would, sack Bruce, bring in new man, he wants his own players, 3 year plan, here we go again. Far better to support the team, trust Quinn and let hime decide, until he sacks Bruce we back Bruce
who wants bruce out? er no, ok we're 12th now and it only seems bad as we have been 6th, if we had been 12th all season our position wouldn't seem so bad, but as for bruce out, no way, just wish he wouldn't be so stuborn and stick with his golden boys when they're of form, maybe a word or two from snq and he will see the errors of his ways, and make the necessary changes to turn it around, god knows we have the squad
