http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2149147/Wayne-Rooney-hits-Sunderland-fans.html What was it this Shight said about Everton fans celebrating United's 19 titles?
You have to feel sorry for the guy really, with a face like that he has a lot to be angry at the world for! The arrogance and self-importance of the Rooney's and Terry's of this world still amazes me, they both demand respect and preach moralistic ideals whilst being cheating, whinging and low-life scumbags!
Cant wait for the day when Terry and Rooney are not playing International football, then I cant start to enjoy watching England again.....Just not bothered when those two pieces of arrogant crap are playing
TBH I think a lot of people are happy to see a new name on the trophy. I am happy City won the league (as Liverpool wernt going to). Man City have made English football stronger and more attractive than ever with the stars they have brought in, and by helping turn our big 4 into a big 6 or 7.
It would be good if we did get a genuine big 6 or 7 where any one of them had a realistic chance of winning it. At the moment it just seems to come down to a top 2, then a secondary 3 or 4.
Yep I am with you on this! Its probably about ten years since I really enjoyed watching England, I just wish it wasn't so political and based on marketing. We should really discard all the older players and just go for a young squad that can grow and gel over the next few years.......and yes I would include Gerrard in that too.
Erm...................the difference between what rooney said about Sunderland fans celebrating and doing so because they have never won anything isnt the same as Everton fans celebrating because contrary to Liverpool beliefe, Everton are massively successful.
Ah the manc, bitters love in continue's. Man utd fans, players and manager have shown there usual dignity in defeat
Rather proves my point there, from the Shight-hugging Manc, that they can't see the irony of Rooney castigated Sunderland fans for celebrating City's success, whilst a year ago he specifically dedicated United's 19 titles overtaking Liverpool to Everton fans. Gotcha.
"Now Rooney insists he cannot wait to face Sunderland again next season." Going into a game with revenge on your mind is never a good idea.
Really don't see Shrek's issue here. It's just banter at a football match. United fans were giving it large about being Champions and when it fell flat on their faces they expected the Sunderland fans to keep quiet? Old Shrek's never been shy of a wind up himself, kissing the manc badge in front of the Evertonians. And he's not a United fan, so why kiss it?
