City of God is great, haven't got round to watching the 2 films about the polce though Elite Squad I think, supposed to be good.

it is odd thta's why I like it. think snatch/lockstock/rocknrolla but set in rural ukraine on the danube with some mad gypsies.
May give it a go. Have you seen any of the Shane Meadows stuff? I watched Sommerstown again recently top film as are most of his films and TV progs.
yeah seemn this england film but not tv, once upon a time in the midlands & dead man's shoes which I think is the best.
Dead Mans Shoes is really good and the This is England tv progs are well worth a watch. Have you seen Tyranosaur?
yep and enjoyed it, couldn't remember the name of it earlier. started True blood season 4 tonight, only the first episode but it does look promising

I've got The Corner and Oz to start this weekend. Both look good and should keep me going for a while.
I started on OZ then got caught up in the wire, need to get back on it, it was good where I got to ( season 1 about 5 episodes).
Luvin it, almost forgot about the programme till lovefilm dropped it back on me, only watched 2 episodes of season 4 and already sucked (like the pun? ) back into it and thinking wtf?
