Has an outstanding chance Niks if you take into consideration the jockey booking and the explanation for his finish last time out.
Morning Gaz. Next time out winners from The galloping Shoe's last race: Media Hype off 3lb higher Knowe Head off 1lb lower Amazing Blue Sky - same mark Fourth Generation - 2 lbs lower Galloping Shoe has a good draw, has won on this type of ground in the past albeit a few years ago and has won off marks as high as 77 and 75 in the past and runs off 73 today. Certainly has a favourites chance mate. Good luck with it.
Number Theory runs in the Haydock 5.15 that Niks has put Arizona John up in. Number Theory ran in the race that the Galloping Shoe won last time out where there have been four nto winners out of 6 runners. That one is going to be of interest especially if The Galloping Shoe runs well in the opener in the opener at Haydock.
Exams finished now until the 12th June and its boiling outside - would be rude not to be in the beer garden . Have a good day mate and good luck with your bets.
why the **** has it put good twice I just edited it to make sure it was just once and its done it again fook this am out of here . Now its doubling here **** off INTERNET EXPLORER
Well after a lazy bones day yesterday and watching racing for the most part of it its work outside today for me with the occasional look in to see the how the days going... The car has passed its m.o.t but im now awaiting the bill and as we know they always find ways of slipping that little extra on to the bill... Good luck to all if you play today...
Afternoon, people. Quick comment re the story dominating the headlines today. Henrietta Knight isn’t actually retiring at all and why it’s being reported as such is quite simply baffling, I say, baffling. More accurately she’s stopping training racehorses and is realigning her role within the industry. Changing jobs, or even reducing your workload somewhat, does not equal retirement! Just ask that old rogue the bally taxman! Will now be running a pre-training and schooling yard (possibly in partnership with Yogi Bresnier???) and will also be increasing her commitments re breeding and showing Connemaras. Meanwhile, it was a lovely beef lasagne and salad for me for lunch. A slight critique was that the salad was about 75% lettuce but that apart I couldn’t find fault and awarded 9/10.
Hello lads. Two banana's and an apple for me,Cox's Pippin I think.Trying to lose 5lb's before retreating to my Andalucian pile to escape the cringefest that is the Olympic games. My nap and only scheduled bet for the week is a Non Runner due to the ground..she's a Pivotal, poor filly in this weather. Gl all having a go.
2.10 Wetherby HATHAMORE 10/1 (EW) gets weight all round, th ejockey has won on her before, 4lb better off than her last win and will love the drying conditions underfoot.
i agree there was nothing wrong with it. just going off what Nik said about it just running out of steam slightly. This is theoretically 14 yards shorter so may make the difference if stamina is getting stretched. I also know Chilly Filly was well fancied that day as i was given it from my mate who is admittedly hit and miss and he does use another forum for a lot of his tips.
2.20 Haydock XCLAIM 40/1 formerly with Clive Cox now has his first run in Handicap Company for his new stable, a speculative EW bet for me for his 19l 8th on his debut where he had some very useful types in front of him, none more so than Zain Shamardal, Carlton House, Whiplash Willy. Throughout his 4 races he has shaped as if he wanted further and today he steps up to 10f which may be enough to see him run into a place.
