As we all know FIFA 13 is coming out pretty soon! How good does everyone think Southampton will be? In my opinion I think we'll be a 4star team with about 20million for transfer budget ? I know theres a FIFA 12 thread already done but I thought to avoid confusion i would start a FIFA 13 one. What does everyone think about saints on FIFA 13?
To be fair to him, I think Ideas on the game could be discussed here rather than discussing it on the Fifa 12 thread I think that's the point he's trying to make.
4 star! No way. We'll be like Nirwich, maybe 3.5 star with about £7m transfer budget. It's not realistic at all. On FIFA 12 we started with £2.5m and Ponpey started on £5m
Demos out in 3 months plus on FUT we will only have to scroll to Barclays Premier League rather than all the way to Npower Championship (I know its only one along but it does add up) Just kidding, I think that on FUT we will have 2-5 golds (Lambert, Lallana, Sharp, Lee, Hooiveld (In order of likeliness)) but players like Cork, Davis, Fonte will be high silvers. Plus Tommy Forecast will be about 98 rated, just a guess though!!!!!
There are two FIFA 'people' in here that already have access to the FIFA 13 database. So they all ready no the stats for the team. (although they are yet to be finalised) Peer pressure either Dan on SFC_Jordi
Yes but possibly the players we bring in will takes up to a 4star team? And also the reason i said 20million was because we've receive 90million after our last game?
I look at the stats and enter feedback on what I feel could be improved. I don't think we will, personally. I used to, before I lost my account.
Fifa 13 changes: Attack has changed. Dribbling has changed Ref has changed Passing has been changed More skills added - but i'm not allowed to talk about them. Precision play has changed Defence atm is the same. Free kicks has changed. More Celebrations .
In that case...please do tell us more about attack, dribbling, ref's, passing, precision play, free kicks and celebrations I wont pressure about the skills added...would be taking it too far
Can't seem to find any decent ones lol. I agree. I hope Rickie gets the high rating he deserves so we will be competitive on the game
Attack = Attackers now have a better AI, they will now strafe or hold back with their runs to counter act the off-side trap. Dribbling = Is now more realistic, when you change direction you stop dribbling and have to start again. Insted of the continuously dribbling you have in Fifa12 Ref = The ref will now book and send off goalies (at last lol), also the AI engine has been rebuilt.(so EA said but I couldn't see this). Passing = You can no longer do the over powered 50yd ball straight to a team mates feet (unless you are Ronaldo or Messi). You will have no chance of doing it with sides such as Southampton etc. First touch = Is now more realistic, how hard you pass and the spin and the players stats you're passing to all are taken into account. So more often then not players will need more then one touch to control the ball. Precision play = All I can say on this is it is even more over powered then before Free kicks Taking = You can now customize your free kicks more (was told you can do it in game aswell, but it wasn't built in yet) Defending = You can now change the amount of ppl in a wall their positions etc (up to 5 in a wall if i remember rightly) The wall will now be able to jump to block the ball more then just the once unlike in previous FIFA's.(plus the AI has been tweaked)
