Did you see the TV show last night Medro? Your manky club has been cheating European football for decades. Proud of the way your club, it's owners and it's representatives have acted?
All ifs and buts regarding the tax case pet. I take it no other chairman borrows money from the bank to help his team out?
Murry never put a penny of his own money into rangers...a bit like Whyte Murry, rangers directors, staff, managers and players all avoided paying tax....love that Novo is one....walks around ibrox to raise funds....just pay back your EBT Oh and say goodbye to 13 trophies Poor wee Sammy was distraught
Poor Mark Daly couldn't get past the fact that Paul Baxendale-Walker was a porn star. 'How should Rangers fans feel that you, a struck off solicitor and, and, and..... a pornographer, were involved in setting up these EBTs?
List of those who had EBTs Murry had one at 6 million List of players who had letters that are proof of misuse of EBT How Duff and Phelps were involved in Whytes purchase of rangers and were involved in the Ticketus deal and are heavily conflicted as administrators Anything I missed was due to me having to change my pish filled skants
Not really Gambol. A couple of points; 1. Craig Whyte pretended to have funding from the Prince of Monaco 2. Duff and Phelps in on Ticketus deal from day 1. The rest was just filling in gaps of what was already known.
I liked that guy Paul Baxendale Walker. So full of himself, sitting smoking his pipe, grinning into the camera, talking about smut. Get this bastard into the consortium! Tell me honestly, did you learn anything new last night. Most of it has been reported in the press already. Through in a comical story about Murray sleazing on Joanna Lumley, Ellis saying Whyte had the Prince of Monaco on board and the rest of it was all ifs and buts.
It was amateurish mostly and apart from figures showing who got what through EBT's there wasn't anything particularly exciting or revealing. It will be interesting to see if Duff & Phelps go ahead with the threat of legal action.
They went into detail about who had received EBTs and who had side notes. A couple of interesting EBT recipients were Billy Dodds, who is on record on radio saying he didn't have one and was only ever paid directly through his wages, and Graeme Sounness about 10 years after he had left the club. They strongly hinted that this may have been a bung for the sale of Tugay, but Sounness still had shares in Rangers at the time so it could have been for anything. It also questioned the impartiality of Duff & Phelps and their involvement with the Whyte takeover. It highlighted that they're suing Collier Bristow over the Ticketus deal, but showed documents to prove that Grier from D&P was at meetings where this was discussed. D&P have issued a statement saying that Grier was involved in meetings about using Ticketus to solve short term cashflow problems over the summer as many clubs do, not as a means of funding the takeover. They may sue the BBC. Ellis claimed that Whytey told him that one of his backers was Prince Albert of Monaco. And most importantly, SDM tried unsuccessfully to pull Joanna Lumley in his youth.
