You keep on desperately linking Palestine to the situation, but that's not the issue at hand. Israel want to stop Iran developing nuclear weapons and becoming too powerful in that area, since they are a threat to their national security. The Palestine situation is ****ed, but the current situation is the only solution without Israel ceasing to exist. Israel has been under attack ever since it's creation, they didn't start it. The saddest thing is you only have a boner for Palestine because of us ****ing you lot up in Ireland
Im just backing up my point that Israel is not a rational state. What is telling you the current situation is the only one? When have Iran threatened Israel (dont give me the infamous "wipe of the map" deliberate misquote), how could the Palestinians bring about an end to Israel. Despite being created illegally, Israel is too embedded now to simply disappear so they must find a way to be able to live peacefully in an agreed state, however this is unpallatable to the almost racist right wing Israeli element (dont get me wrong there are alot of virtuous Israelis advocating a coexisting solution to the problem). As for Iran I will still trusr a nation that has actually signed up to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and one that is actually sitting down and attempting to deal with the stooge (since the new president was brought in with american backing) IAEA, rather than a nation that refuses to have anything to do with either.

Dodgy elections, saying that he wants Israel 'wiped off the map' (which he's confirmed), oppressing dissent towards the government... They are not to be trusted with nuclear weapons. If I was the leader of Israel I'd want nukes as a deterrent too
