Also the problem with banning things is then it makes it 'cool' or acceptable to some people, catch 22 really.

 

Why are these nationalist right-wing groups in the ascendancy?

 

Alot of people are voting for nationalists because they are stubborn towards their heritage being sacred, or something like that

 

You make that sound like it's a bad thing!

 

It's all well and good being proud and pure within your country, but you have to keep an open mind, for example people migrating has a big impact on the UK, we may be expecting a large Greek immigration soon and that's just the way things work out in life

 

What if we stopped allowing them in? What if did like Switzerland, the US, Australia, Japan, NZ do and said 'we'll decide who we want in thanks, and that's virtually no one now, as we're already over full"?

Surely that's better than the current (non) system?

 

Oh well, I better get started on my greek, erm, καληνύχτα!

 

I'm possibly being heavy handed here but as polite as people are being at the moment, I can only see this going one way.
