I was born a united fan, people from miles away ie london chose to support them. I think that makes a difference, it doesnt make someone local any better a fan, but it does give them more credibility amoungst other fans
Why because i am not a plastic like you berb? We all know why you hate arsenal so much, because if you were not an akward kid, trying to be different that is who you would have supported? Question, why not pick Stockport county? or Derby??? Need me to give you some ammunition for your email?
I'd like to see his predictions! I predicted the Galaxy wiping the floor with everyone this season. With a line up of Saunders Franklin Gonzalez De La Garza Dunivant Donavon Beckham Juninho Magee Keane Buddle This has the best CB partnership and best CM partnership in the league IMO along with Donavon and Buddle, both proven goal scorers in the MLS, with Keane playing up top. Team had goals written all over it, but we can't seem to score if our lives depended on it. Now I know what it feels like to be a Liverpool fan .
I don't think it is that important. As others have said those who live in Manchester and don't attend games are probably the worst glory hunters despite them living in close proximity to Old Trafford but these "fans" use the fact they live in Manchester to think they are the "proper" fans of the club. I don't live in Manchester my self but around 30 mins drive away and i know 2 guys who live near me that have never missed a single home or away game in 6-7 years and i can guarantee you, they are better fans than 99.9% of United fans that are from Manchester.
So by your definition I am a much better fan than you, as i got most home games!! I dont agree with that. My only point about being a manc is that i am proud of my local team, something many fans in football these days cannot say
