http://view.vcab.com/?vcabid=gheSelgegSnnlhpc&count=22/05/2012 11:29:30-22 This was just posted by Ian Taylor on Twitter, makes for a good read! I presume its being sent out in paper form to current season ticket holders at the moment...
Phillip Beard: "A new stadium is also part of our plans, but this is a long-term project and I will keep you up to speed if and when we make progress on this exciting venture" Sounds like considerations for a new stadium are at a very early stage, but glad to know it's on the horizon!
"When I joined this Football Club in January I knew about the QPR fans. Or at least I thought I did." "Having played at Loftus Road on a number of occasions - and I still have the scars from Alan McDonald to show for it! - I had an understanding of how passionate and vocal you all can be. But I never realised just how special your support for the club is. Now I understand it fully." Mark Hughes Love the Alan McDonald part, great of sparky to include that as I know a lot on here remember those battles.
"IanJTaylor ‏@IJTaylor81 Appreciate the feedback. Do you think there would be an appetite for something like this in terms of a quarterly magazine? #QPR IanJTaylor ‏@IJTaylor81 #QPR fans - tweet me ... Would you like to see an online magazine next season, similar to the Season Ticket brochure I just tweeted? #QPR" could be a nice read, I bet...
Unfortunately a bit before my time Norway (apologies if I make anyone feel old there!) but you're right, the whole thing sounds really positive, great time to be an RRRs supporter!
Yeah I think it'd be a great idea, certainly if it's the same quality as this brochure! Just depends whether it would be a pay per view thing I suppose, but as long as it's reasonably priced/free I'm sure they'd get a decent readership.
Noticed that a "Captains Column" was absent. Can we read anything into this? Clint Hill captain for next season gets my vote.
Hi and welcome Good point. It's quite special that there is nothing from "the captain". I think the Anton Ferdinand piece near the end looked captain material though...
