I see you're using my logic here and attempting to turn the table. You must remember the painful time I called you a glory hunter because you more or less said that you support Arsenal based on their successful history, in which I said that is pretty much the definition of a glory hunter. Problem here is that I'm referring to our success this season, whilst you referred to trophies you won 25+ years ago, at a time that you were not even born. I've been a fan through all our success in the 90s and 00s and our success in the past is hardly one of national prestige, let alone European. It was even a gooner who actually first brought up an off topic comment about Arsenal's "success" this season in comparison to ours, in response to a comment that I made related to the topic. Now that just screams of bitterness and resentment.
To be fair I would agree with that list except for Rosicky who has miraculously found he's old form.(put in two excellent performaces against the Chavs too from what I remember) To be honest though If Chelsea want to win the league they're gonna have to get rid of/replace: Boswinga, Malouda, Ferrara, Kalou, Torres and probably Lampard. (And now by the looks of it Drogba too.)
Is Benayoum (spelling) really on the wanted list? Come on Gooners! You cannot really expect to build a challenge for the Premiership with a player deemed surplus to requirements with the Chavs!!
Benayoun is a great squad player. Never a starter but puts in a decent shift is technically good and can play in numerous positions. During a long hard season he's just the kind of player you need in your squad when injuries kick in and players need resting. Also the reported 1m seems like a bargain.
Yeah wasn't too sure about Rosicky. He does have his days to be fair. I would definitely keep Lampard and Torres though. Lampard still has it and we need to now build the team around Torres. Bring in a right winger and someone to play behind Torres, with Mata on the left and he will rediscover his form of old. I would get rid of everyone else you said though along with Turnbull, Meireles and maybe Essien, but I'm willing to give the last one another chance to see if he can finally get back to his best.
