The Sun are reporting that Ticketus will not oppose Rangers' CVA and will pursue Whyte to recover their dosh instead. http://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/scotsol/homepage/news/4333452/Ticketus-step-up-cash-fight-with-Whyte.html It only remains for HMRC to agree to the CVA and all the timmy excitement about what sanctions would be imposed on a newco will be an irrelevance.
b-b-b-b-b-but the sun talk utter ****e constantly ever day. Worst paper ever, yet I still go onto their website everyday
cool avatar mindy, had to use this to work out who it was though to be fair. please log in to view this image
i doubt a cva will be agreed - it just seems too little too late for HMRC wheras newco would still see them get around the same sum so why agree it? Im copnfused about 2 things though - 1. how can ticketus reclaim money from whyte if they agree a CVA - surely they have agreed to payment and cant be paid twice? 2. why do i care about this?
True, also if Ticketus no longer count themselves as creditors against rangers then they are replaced by other creditors to make up the 75% for cva
