That season he took corruption in football to a new level , when him and linesman Andy Davis decided to invent a last minute penalty penalty when Rangers were drawing going into injury time at Tynecastle .Least Hearts and mad vlad had the guts to speak out about the cheating . A Hearts player got an 11 game ban , Andy Davis got to the line at Scottish cup final and Celtic lost the league because of that wrong decision . Then the last day of the season at Easter Road , the most farcical football match ever played , with two teams refusing to cross the half way line , the linesman that day I know of him , a well known Rangers fan got himself in all the team photo that day as Rangers celebrated !! The day that tainted title is taken off you , will be another happy day in my life , will your club still be alive, when they take that title off you ??
Is this the same hugh dallas that applied for a post at celtic park because he wanted to work for his beloved celtic when he retired from reffing. that was why he requested to ref that motherwell game so that he could retire after watching his celtic win the title.

You think that made up penalty had no baring where the league title went that season ?? Celtic could have lost at home to Hibs and Morherwell and still won the league if that incident hadn't happened. Trevor , that penalty is up there with the Broadfoot dive in the old firm game . Rangers history is littered with crucial decisions going in their favour at the right time and this season was no exception . Verdict for 2005 = tainted title for cheating + tainted title for double contracts even the most bias Hun will admit that title will have to be deducted from the record book .
