Kieran Richardson: Attracting interest from Everton .Sky BetSky Bet are offering all new customers a £10 Completely Free Bet Claim your free bet now ....Sky Sports understands Everton have enquired with Sunderland about the possibility of signing Kieran Richardson this summer. The 27-year-old had been a loan target for Arsenal in January but Arsene Wenger's attempt to lure the versatile midfielder was blocked. West Ham are also set to enter the race for Richardson but it is Toffees chief David Moyes who has made the first contact about the midfielder who has 12 months to run on his contract. Moyes is a long-time admirer of the England international and believes his ability to play in a number of positions will make him a valuable addition to the first-team squad. Richardson is keen to embark on a new challenge and would welcome the chance to play for a club that regularly challenges for the European football places. The former Manchester United starlet, who has eight caps for England, has not given up hope of playing for his country again having memorably scored a brace on his debut against the United States in 2005.
Haway man according to some he's not good enough for us, snap Wenger of Sam or Moyes' hands off or prefferably tell em to naff off and give KR a shiny new contract!
If the price is right then i hope we shake his hand and bid him farewell. Figeuroa in for free and 5m more in the kitty for forwards
Think it would depend on the deal Everton are prepared to make a full purchase then yes he will go, a loan deal will probably get knocked back though. Maybe if we sell him we can finally get a LB in after what is it now 4/5 seasons? Think this could be his agent chucking some rumours around to see what we do with him, there seems to be a few clubs after him mind so if he goes he goes and good luck to the lad still don't think we've seen him at his best yet.
The only problem with that is Figueroa is very ordinary. If we are going to move KR on we need a better LB, Taiwo or Bertrand onloan, if we are looking into the foreign market M'Bengue at Toulouse maybe, all who would improve us and are all good modern day full backs. I like KR and he certainly doesn't deserve the stick he gets, he has been one of the most consistent performers for us over the last 18months or so. The lad is a model professional, he is never in the papers for the wrong reason's and has never complained about being shifted from one position to another. If the lad goes I wish him well
I was reading somewhere else today that he fancies moving to London and QPR and West Ham are interested. It looks pretty certain he is going and to be honest it is probably better for him that he does. He has been a good player for us but he has never really realised his full potential, a change of scenery may be just what he needs.
i reckon he'll go to west ham as they're not as skint as everton, plus they're in london and i've heard that's where he would prefer to go, anyway i'd just like to thank him for smashing that free kick in against the mags, i'll never forget it
This. He simply isn't as good as he actually thinks he is. As poor a left back as I've seen (not positional sense a t all and cant tackle to save his life) and not good enough as a passing midfielder or dynamics enough to play the Sessegnon role. He may well be a canny lad but if we can get £5m for him it would a great deal for us. He is simply not good enough in any one position imo.
Well then at least the little Aussie bastard wont score against us anymore. I'd insist on Fillani or tell them to **** off, .
Would be delighted to see him go. Think he's a very average player who we need to move on from. Yes I remember that free kick. Thank you Kieran, I'll never forget you for that. I also remember how petulant he became when Keane tried to play him on the wing and the sulking he did when put there.
