Blackpool were looking this time last year but he never wanted to go. He needs to be playing regularly in a side that can accomodate him and to try and get him match fit (I say that optimistically). That isn't going to happen with us. Not through lack of ability but because of the way we have to set up to play against sides in Scotland. The lad is pure class. A you tube sensation. He is a big fan of Lambert (& Butler)too
Really pleased for Drury hope he had a top night after what could be his last ever appearance, legend if ever there was one. And I think we should sign Hucks up again, he has still got it what a player. Great night all round, credit to both sets of players and fans

Fantastic night. Poznan Mexican wave fun. Glad there wasn't a Mexican wave of fans taking there top off and waving it above their head! Best quote of the night as Huckerby came on - 'bet he doesn't track back!' Glad to hear no booing at Holt! Pacheco and Lansbury were great and it was brilliant to see Lansbury's dance again after the goal! Also, loved seeing Huckerby in a Norwich shirt again. Celtic fans amongst the best away fans that have been to Carrow Road. Far more supporters than Wigan and this was a friendly, especially given Glasgow is further away than Wigan!
The Celtic fans put every visiting English team's fans to shame tonight. Absolutely top class ALL night long and long into the night too no doubt!

Saw it on the internet. Looked a great evening in the apparent sunshine. Even enjoyed the low key match. Shame that, as ever, Norwich supporters can't do too much original in imitating Man City or whoever invented it. OTBC.OTBC.OTBC.OTBC.OTBC.OTBC.OTBC. Thank goodness for whoever composed that.
Had to listen on Radio Norfolk. Chris Goreham and Neil Adams were excellent, absolutely in the spirit of the evening. I thought the whole thing was as good as you could get for a testimonial. Every right note was hit -- apart from Stuart Jarrold afterwards that is! Even Andy d'Urso played his part! Some decent football and the numerous changes managed in a way that didn't disrupt things at all. "Well done!" everybody, and a big "Thank You!" to Celtic and their fans. What about another Friendship Cup to be played for whenever we meet, even if it's just pre-season or whatever?
