What I love about Forest Hill is all the live music. And there's plenty of open-mike places where amateurs like me can hack their way through whatever the hell they like. If there are any jazz fans out there I recommend Mycenae House on a monday night, it's not far from the ground, near the Royal Standard. After we lost 0-4 at home to Brighton I played a dirge version of Red Red Robin there(just to make it football-related)
7th July at the Tigers' Head Lee Green. The second Saturday of every month at Hopscotch, which is just down from Honor Oak station. We don't travel very far I'm afraid, Tewkes!
