Iââ¬â¢m not superstitious, no, honest Iââ¬â¢m not but, a few things I am doing before Saturday. Lighting some lucky candles. Saying some prayers. Visiting the protestant, catholic and methodist churches, synagog and mosque. Washing my lucky socks. Kissing an old witch, the neighbour. Finding a lucky cat. Dancing naked round a fire in the garden on Friday night. Saying thank you when they let me out of the cell on Saturday morning. Crossing my fingers, toes and eyes. Do you think it will help, not that I am worried mind.
Had no fresh garlic mate I was just there, you could string a couple of the jars of crushed round ya neck tho. I did pick up a couple of the ã18 Jura mind, thanks mate. (How apt for this thread they didn't have any of the "Superstition" I actually wanted.
lol - I bet there are are loads Sunlun lads who go through the most bizarre superstitious rituals believing it to be good luck before a match
I class myself as being very level headed, and in my normal walk of life will only base decisions and opinions on research and logic. However, when it comes down to SAFC this all goes out of the window, and I find myself going mental if our lass has washed my scarf following a victory...How dare she wash the luck away! There are many other daft routines I find myself going through on match days which are totally against the grain of my core beliefs.
