Where's the grange end with the roof & the wooden terraces with all the rubbish underneath that someone always used to try & set fire to? Those wooden terraces were tough, they just wouldn't catch.
we need terraces and lets be honest football needs terracing.....trouble is the gravy train lads in power want expensive seats rather than cater for the less wealthy>>>>>>>>>>>ninian park lives on through the blood of them that stood there..............im so glad my boy tasted the passion and feel of a real football arena before we moved

I can remember when we played Manure in the mid 70's we were all in the Grange end and the Manure fans had the whole of the Bob Bank, what a day.
More darts flying between the Grange and Bob Bank that day than an episode of Bullseye m8.
I watched from the comparative safety of the Canton Stand that day.
More entertainment on the terraces than on the pitch.
Was that the first game after the fence went up between the Grange and Bob Bank? It was like watching lemmings jumping off cliffs seeing both sets of fans trying to get over the fence in turn.
Mind you I remember the Manure fans doing the quickest sprint ever between Ninian and Cardiff General after the game. In a recent tv programme on the 70's with a short piece on football hooliganism they showed a clip of the United fans hurtling along Tudor Street.
