I think the last time Al was in the Forum was at the end of the season when he was going up to Scotland to see his Mum.
3CR are reporting that Abdelbaset al Megrahi is to be made a freeman of Luton. They aren't but I could see it happening in that town.

Morning all. Still we do not have the expected weather down in these parts. All round it has been a very odd year with far more snow than we are used to, a mini heat wave in March and now cooler than we should be getting in May. Never mind, there is not a whole heap we can do about it. Sad to see that Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees has died. You may or may not have liked his music, but they were hugely successful in writing music that they and many others performed. To be so talented and die at 62 seems a bit unfair, but like the weather there is not much we can do about it.
We have stolen your weather for Wales OFH - clear blue skies and 16 at the moment and rising. Agree re Robin Gibb - Bee Gee music may not have been at the pinnacle of composition but an awful lot of very good tunes - their harmonies were brilliant
thanks Charlie, that must be where he is then... yep, sad news indeed..he was a talent..and way too young. Morning all. Eyes are still bad this morning so thankfully i've managed to cancel a lesson today, and had another two cancelled for me..so..resting on the sofa with the test match. Feeling a bit guilty about not exercising..might see how that goes later ,but right now, really not up for it .. thanks for the caramel latte Ak
Sorry to hear you're still not feeling well H. hope you feel better soon, nothing worse than sore eyes, try not to rub them.
Fully agree about Robin Gibb - the BG's would never have made my top 10, but they made some cracking music. I loved the Nights on Broadway song from Main Course - RIP fella
To cheer you up H. I spotted this on the Test Match web page. " Sitting next to a mate at school in Shrewsbury during a second year cookery lesson I noticed him tapping his freshly made and perfectly shaped scotch eggs with a knife. Turned out he had forgotten to remove the shells from the eggs before adding the sausagemeat...!"
That was 2-3 weeks ago & he did post from up here - if he's still up here, I want to know why he hasn't called in for a pint or two .....or three ......or four..........
6 years ago, this very day, we beat Leeds at Cardiff! Seems like longer to be honest! Is it time for another trip to the 'promised land'?
