And before you counter me with some bull **** comment about me scraping the barrel for comments...I found out that a girl from my course (someone I'd be pretty friendly with) is cousins with the lad that was killed...So as stand-off-ish and uninterested as you may want to be, be concious that people are affected by this and people affected by your comments!

To be fair, all J o K e R did was post a smiley - if one of the more 'respected' members had done that on a topic no-one would have said anything except maybe 'REP!! so funny xxxx'.

Yes, it escalated from there but it does seem like one rule for one. Bit of a bandwagon going on.

no one cared about the smiley
all someone said was " to be fair it's actually a pretty interesting subject" or whatever then joker kicked off from there. the **** storm of vulgar insults from joker then followed.
he was the one calling everyone 'dickheads' and '****s' and whatever. if ANYONE did that on here we would tell them to do one. i think we just all know better.
he even gave me negative rep for nothing at all, calling me a twat in the rep comment box <laugh> he's ever so grown up

What do you take me for? Warning someone over a smiley?

The complaints were from 3 different articles, and having seen what Joker offers, its just sarcastic and harsh comments. He has a go at anything anyone says and totally disrupts the flow of discussion. Calling people 'backward twats' and inviting people to have a go at him, taking the piss out of pretty much everyone.

He is annoying at times, I have seen him post a few good things but lately this has stop and he has just turned into a WUM.

Well, I just went through the thread again and yeah, I can appreciate some of what he said was unnecessary. Was late last night when I last saw it, mind's a blur.

Still find the white-knighting hilarious, though.

He is a good sense of humour when he wants. And this article has proven he actually can have a discussion, with signs of intellectuality so why does he act like a 5 year old other times?

Can't we all just get along? I'll buy everyone balloons if we can.

We stuffed Wolves at the weekend and are virtually safe now, The Makems were humiliated, we're ahead of them in the league after putting up with their "2nd team in the NE" bollox for most of the year. What do we do? Mock them mercilessly? No we kick off at each other! My God in heaven, what is the world coming to when a spot of Makem bashing is passed up to argue amongst ourselves? What's next? Anarchy? Chaos? Dogs and cats living in harmony? Tash dating a midget? (sorry mate)

I'm just saying this is getting crap, when this board started there wasn't any of this ****e and I don't think theres any need for it. Rant over. ****ers. Sorry rant over now.

    <wah>

I'm emotionally scarred from a balloon incident as a child.

    I agree though.

Can I have candy floss instead?

No candy floss is far too messy! Toffee apple? It's got a stick, it won't get your hands sticky.

Alas, the traumatic toffee apple tragedy from my teenage years still taunts me.

    I own a Salad Dodger T-shirt.

First time I wore it was in Groningen to watch Israel vs Portugal in the U-21 European Championships in 2007 (?)

Walked into a bar to get something to eat and the only thing that stuck out as tasty was a salad.

The bar tender ripped the piss out of me and refused to take the order.

  20. You have to admit you're a bit harsh unnecessarily at times. You come on my articles when i'm just expressing my opinions and type abusive comments towards me.

I'll type them back yes, but the flame war wouldn't have started if you had not been abusive in the first place.

If you pick a fight, you can't say that your actions are justified just because the other person fights back.

Don't start it, and you wont recieve it. You're not a wum, and you're a true Toon fan, but you don't need to be a dick. <ok>
