I was making the point that your posts on Holt seem to think he has "much better stats" yet he's only scored 3 goals more than Graham who "isn't good enough". A curious juxtaposition.
Some of you are coming across as rather ignorant. Now, you may not like him for whatever reason, but you cannot criticise his play. He scores all types of goals - head, tap-ins, edge of area shots, volleys and classy skillful finishes. He's scored goals against Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Newcastle and Everton, so he's done it against the top players in this league. Over the past three seasons he has been at, or near the top of both scoring charts and assist charts. You may also think he's a fat lazy bastard that does nothing but score goals laid on a plate. This cannot be further from the truth. He works as hard as any Norwich player I've seen for a long time, and he is our captain and our talisman. I haven't taken any bait you might of left dangling. I and many Norwich fans get pissed off with constant negative comments about him, when people see him no more than twice a year live in the flesh and only a few times live. I have no idea if he works as hard as Graham, but if he doesn't, by ****, your boy runs a lot.

"for whatever reason" = He was a disrespectful turd when he came down here making sarcastic comments about Wales in general. No need for it. "bait you might of left dangling" = This is our board. I counted at least five different people that were less than complimentary. Of course the Welsh are so nice to us English, how silly of me I did say might. Fair play.
That doesn't mean all Welsh are less than complimentary does it? My Grandad was a Geordie so you won't hear it from me. A professional footballer should be above such things anyway. He clearly wasn't, so don't expect him to be loved in these parts.
Well, I hope when and if one of your players are less than complimentary about another country, you will treat him like you do Holt, especially if it was meant as a light-hearted joke.
carra rud your grant holt is a better finisher than danny,,, like some are saying danny does a lot of running while grant scores the goals... put this words in the correct sequence . a, dead ,horse. flogging ....you wont win carra to many deluded fans who cant see the wood for the trees..

Carra, no probs. We Swans maintain (one apart) that Danny is the better all round team player. He only scored 3 goals less than Holt but put in a huge amount of work closing down up front, which helped our defensive effort. Bear in mind that Norwich's set up was more attacking and more direct than ours so Holt had FAR more midfield support and chances than Danny had. Fair play to Holt, he did well and took a lot of those chances but your defensive record was far inferior to ours, which was one factor that kept Norwich below us in the table. It's all a matter of choice (and opinion) at the end of the day. Personally, I would trade those three goals for Danny's all round greater effort and team play.
