We do tend to get most of our business done before the window opens though. Jones, Young and De Gea were all signed in may or June. Only reason De Gea wait that long was the u-21 euros.
David the Elephant ‏@mufc_fans4life Manchester City have joined rivals Manchester United in the race to snap up Crystal Palace right-back Nathaniel Clyne. suprise suprise
Waleed Abu Nada ‏@waleedabunada Kagawa's flat is already available for rent online. (via @Mr_Bundesliga) Pretty much confirms his move to #MUFC.
Thanks for the welcome. No it wasn't me on twitter mate. I've just nipped in and out a couple of times having a look since registering the other day. Looks an impressive site! lol, thought I'd quoted Alan..
Andoles606. Man Utd have only ever signed 2 world class players in the last 2 decades. Veron and VDS. Berbatov wasnt worldclass nor were Rooney, Ronaldo and the rest. We make stars not buy them.
You clearly are not a United fan, time for you to be banned. Any so called united fan who doesnt know we are a club who turns potential stars into stars is no Man Utd fan. Name me 5 world class players we have signed ( world class at the time of signing ) and then list everything we have won while using players we develop ourselves. Eagerly awaiting your reply.
According to this link, Eden Hazard has Chosen to join us over Man City - http://translate.google.com/translat...d-850961.shtml

The only player I can think of that left Utd a better player and go on to do 'better things' was Ronaldo. RVN and Beckham were past their best. I cannot remember a player coming through the ranks, making it into the first team, becoming a star and then being sold at the top of their game. As for Rio, Utd could and should have got him for 5/6mill cheaper as Leeds were in financial ****.
We overpaid to help Leeds really. Even at the price we have paid its turned out to be £3million a season and hes played his part in winning everything possible. Same with Rooney. Ronaldo we made an insane amount of profit. Its probably the best piece of business in football history in terms of profit made. We are as likely as anyone to pay big money for young talent. Rafael, Fabio, Nani, Anderson, Rooney, Ronaldo....Rio* and more. Someone like Hazard is exactly the type of player we go for and at exactly the right amount in todays transfer market. Not saying hes ever coming here, but like Benzema the chances are we are interested, have been in contact and its simply down to the player. Some say yes and some say no.
