I don't have any answers as to how many foreign players clubs should have but it is a good point that the England Team would be stronger if more of our players played in the Premiership. There are hundreds of lads that have played at the Academies and in the reserves for English clubs but never get a chance to move on because they are just thrown aside before they have had a chance really. I understand Premier league clubs want success so they turn to the best foreign players but it must have some detrimental effect on our ability to produce good players ourselves.

the problem is that most Premier League clubs do not pick the best foreign players. They pick average foreign cheap cucumber picking mercinaries who are ruining the opportunities for good English young talent. Even the academies are full of foreigners now!
