Absolutley embarrassed to fuk about it to be honest! I cant think of many more unproffessional things you could do as a lead figure within a football club!
Well, it was leaked from within the squad and I know someone who very close to the club and put it this way, they didn't deny it! Plus Beattie never featured after that, so something of substance happened within the walls of the dressing room that day. There was a guest on soccer AM who also inderectly confirmed it, cant remember who it was though!

Yeh I think it was. I agree that as a player past or present, it isn't the most proffesional thing to do - I think its best to keep your own council in those circumstances - a bit like honour amongst thieves! Still its difficult to condem a player/players when someone of such seniority within the management structure behaves in such a thuggish manner! Outside the dressing room it would have been assault and indecent exposure!
