Yeah it was the Gills fan who said that can be the case. If that was the case and he was ill-advised I would love him to sack his agent. It would be a great PR move and would certainly shut people up regarding any speculation.
at least the article in the sun was written by charlie (he's a norwich fan for anyone wondering). i actually think the article makes perfect sense, although there was probably no row (likely conjecture), suggesting holt does not intend to leave the club, it's just he wants a new contract. as said above, i feel very strongly this is his agent being a dipstick.
Not being treated like the top man then, this club never has a number one star though it doesn't work that way. I think there has been a little disagreement and some prick agent giving some bad advice like a lot of people have said on here.
Yeah, Holt probably said to club about new contract, club said "not yet" and Agent suggests leaving for some quick bucks. The fact he wanted a contract is a good thing in my book, and I think once they reach the stage of talking to current contracted players Holt will get a new contract. Annoying in a way it could have been dealt with in house.
In one sense that's good. Means the villa package isn't that attractive, and with the jet and everything they seemed to be throwing all they had at him.
If Ole rejects Villa to stay at Molde than I reckon your probably right Supers, Lambert wouldn't leave Norwich to join them.
Just read that Molde called the deal off and Ole has to see out his contract because the news became leaked and Molde lost a sponser. Obviously might not be 100% true but if so Villa surely will try and talk them round? or pay them round
hmm, interesting. that is a possibility as the sources all say that ole seemed disappointed about something.
