I'm not sure if the sarcasm came across in my original post I agree totally mate the whole thing seems like a farce. A total over complication of every role, a lack of clear ideas as to who is actually in charge and responsible for anything in particular. As I said what the hell are the rest of the scouts doing if the DoF is watching ONE player 30 times...and it does beg the question...exactly which one of last years signings did Comolli watch 30 times before he signed him??? Downing or Adam??? I was under the impression that all we needed to know about a player these days was his pass completuion, yards gained, bases stolen, home runs...er...so really do we need 3 highly paid "footballing experts" to look at a few sheets of stats??
