    Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?

I go on many other online forums, games, networking (twitter, skype) etc and apart from on here my name is Lux or LuxWFC (as Lux is very rarely an available choice of name). On 606 I was MadMooseLux but decided to shorten it.

I have no idea what the bathroom soap thing is about, never been told that before. Sometimes been asked if it has anything to do with Egypt, but again that's just coincidence. Without going into too much detail my online name started off as luckyluke when I was a kid and over time has evolved.

I am definitely out of the loop here. Prince is a bit before my time.

Thanks for the tip. This is a name that I use everywhere else though and I'm used to people calling me that.

Besides that some people on here are calling me MM and that's a bit like Malky Mackay.

Lux is the Latin for "light" - a lever brothers soap detergent originally I think :) - but maybe here it is a corruption of Lex Luther and you are Superman in disguise :)

Evening all. Its been a nice day today. Parcels this morning which was a laugh and was nice to get out in the sun. Then i went to get the kiddies to sign a card for the headteacher thanking him for running the football. Then i went to see Kiri who i had not seen for nearly 3 weeks <eek>. The weather was really good until about and hour and a half ago.

Due to where I live, and what industry I work in, I refer to Lux during most working days as an abbreviation of Luxembourg.

I have some vague memory that Lux was soap flakes...whatever those might be. Nothing to do with Lux Luther anyway...

Would've thought people might think of the city of Luxor.

Well, i did it! Every drawer and every wardrobe sorted. 3 black sackloads of clothes in the jumble and ready to start rebuilding ;). i can't remember the last time i had a clear out, it's hugely satisfying! And having been at my mum's for dinner, it was nice not to have to get busy with cooking tonight. A good day all round! :)

Morning all - damp morning in bandit country and fingers crossed it will be damp with their tears on Monday morning.

Busy day ahead - been to Tesco, butchers next and then Costco. Out tonight at a mate of Little Miss W_Y's 21st party, but an early night as I have to work tomorrow..<yikes> hopefully we will crack through the cut-over rehearsal but if there are problems (and on Friday there was a lot of crap happening), it could be a long day.

    Morning All,

Bit overcast here but warming up. Full day of football today and the Test Match - so looks like I'll have to spend the day gardening (tomorrow).

Have a good day today W_Y and please wish your daughter a happy 21st today. Hope she got over last weekends practice party. I thought it was only the Queen who had two Birthdays a year.

So I'm looking at Hearts, Blackpool & Chelsea to win - have to look at the odds for a treble.

And thanks for the Coffee Ak
