I always thought Brazil was the only country where it is sort of accepted that you can be black or white. But all their slums are 100% black. So the question of the day is are there any countries where black and white live in harmony or is this just a silly idea lefties made up. Holland maybe?
Brazilian favelas are certainly not %100 black, though the ethnic mix in them probably doesn't reflect the population as a whole. Racism based on skin colour is pretty much unknown there, but the gulf between rich and poor is staggering, so it ain't paradise. Britain, for all it's problems, is a pretty harmonious place. You have to bear in mind that humans are an aggressive species, so the fact that 9 million people can live in London without tearing each other to pieces is kind of a miracle.
