You rather miss the point.I wanted QPR to win it.That would have been up there with United turning around the 99 Euro Cup Final,Liverpool in 2005 and Carlisle's 95th minute goal by Jimmy Glass. These are the games that have made football magical, not the thick end of a billion quid getting spent on collecting all these mercenary globe trotters. I suppose it can be summed up thus :You -anyone but United Me: Anyone but City (Except Chelsea as they have done the same thing)
Yes, i have seen multiple videos to confirm it happened. All i am saying is, your team just avoided relegation and rather than celebrating you surviving in the prem, some of your fans at the game seemed more concerned about singing and chanting about United.
I don't see what would have been so magical to the neutral observer of ten men clinging onto a game for dear life. I'd agree with you if the result was the difference between us staying up and not but it wasn't. In terms of magic I'd have thought a team grabbing victory when it seemed impossible to win their first title for decades at the expense of their bitter rivals would have far eclipsed it. Eleven mercenaries wearing red would have been just as bad as eleven wearing blue but I'm glad the set of fans that it meant more to won.
Ok. I could apologise on behalf of those involved if you want. People were happy with the Bolton result and wanted to join in with the fun due to a dislike of United. I wouldn't sing anti-united songs myself, and it was a pretty small minority who did, but I can understand why they would.
shouldn't be such a bunch of cry-baby arrogant plastics the should you. EDIT: I forgot hypocrits as well, after all you were a nothing club until some foreign billionaires gave you a load of money, the same accusation you level at others.
