    You can't really find an exact location of an IP address. Normally just a country and city, but if you digged further then probably a location within 1 mile of the actual location.

    This could be used by anyone. if you are talking Gchq etc, then they could track you down to an exact location but that is another ball game.

    Correct. I can't tell you street names etc - just general locations.

    However, there is a program that can give a closer picture. But **** that ****.
