It could be argued that the apostrophe is representing a missing letter as it always is (possessive apostrophes replace an "e" that used to imply possession) - of course it isn't deliberate. Too late. I've got my pedantic head on now. "There's" should read "There are" since you're referencing multiple Tims. Colloquially, it could be argued that "there's" would be acceptable in common speech. e.g "There's hunners ay them" = There are hundreds of them This is a slippery slope as I'm bound to **** up grammatically at some point.
