I don't feel the same way as you guys but I must admit I am very surprised by that clip showing our supporters willing City on to score the third goal. Maybe they got caught up in the moment. When the dust settles, the end result of us staying up and United losing out was my ultimate ideal scenario but not necessarily in this fashion.

There were lots of city fans in the Qpr end, bloke in front of me with his son was.

I was there. We conceded the equaliser then the Qpr bench erupted, our players obviously knew we were safe then we seemed to gift them the game due to not trying to defend 100%, that's how it seemed to me anyway

No Qpr fans on the upper level where I was were willing city on at all. In fact we were slagging them off banter style most of the game!

999s, tend to agree mate. Really i did not care if City, Utd or anybody else won the title. I only care about us. It was disappointing to see all that effort go to waste in 3 minutes. A win would have been incredible.

That's right, I was there too. We were hoping to hang on for a win. I didn't think they would get one goal let alone two in added time. They did not look like winning because they could not penetratae the defence. Will will never know who knew what. I think I saw SWP looking very dejected when then scored the winner and someone had to talk to him and even embrace him to say it was ok. As individuals I can't see any of them giving it away after all that effort.

Once the game was over QPR fans showed respect for Manchester City's achievement, as Leeds did for us last year. We were joyous to have stayed up. The whole stadium had something to be really happy about. That is infectious.

So, from what some are saying here, those loyal Rangers fans who travel hundreds of miles and spend shed loads of money to support their team week in week out aren't real QPR fans because they got caught up in the moment? Clearly they celebrated the game ending at Stoke and then didn't want Ashley Young and Co to win the title. Easy now, in the calm serenity of our armchairs to sit and criticise!! The emotions on the day were unprecedented and I urge some of you to get off your high horses and MOVE ON!!

I really think once we were safe the team did switch off enough to make the difference. I was watching in a pub which had many Man Utd fans in and when City scored the winner the shock was palpable. My only consolation was the realisation we were safe and, perversely, the warm glow that the cheating **** Ashley Young would not be getting his 'favour' from us...

When City scored the winner the upper tier was in disarray anyway half of the QPR fans were still celebrating staying up.

And yes after the final whistle I did stay and applaud the QPR players, Mackie and Anton particularly as they were cut off by us. I also stayed to applaud and congratulate City on a fantastic title win. No shame in saying that.

Must rank as one of my best football days ever despite the result on the day.

Unbelievable Jeff!!! Disgraceful scenes, but I do know that some QPR fans sold their tickets for silly money to Man City fans.

    This.

Add to this Derry's interview where he says that he didn't know the Bolton result when they scored the winner until he looked over and saw that our fans were still celebrating staying up, and the immense effort put in over the whole 95 minutes by all ten men we had left on the pitch, and I really think that these 'conspiracy' theories are pretty insulting, not just to the players, not just to the fans that paid a lot of money to travel to the game, but to the name of Queens Park Rangers FC.

We don't do things like this - never have and never will. We try for every second, and every yard. Often, we fail, and in a game as hard as this one, it's often at the end of the game when the oppositions superior skill, fitness and pace will show. But we always try, and we NEVER throw a game.

Stop this now, please guys. There's no smoking gun here, just a nailbiting and breathtaking end to a nervy but ultimately successful first season back in the Premier League.

I reckon there were 20 United fans in the pub on Sunday, I don't recall anyone with a northern accent and that was in Cambridgeshire...

I watched MOTD after reading about the various conspiracy theories and I was surpised that I'm missed the cheering before Aguero scored.

I am a Swords / 999 convert, though not with the same level of disappointment they have expressed. Obviously thrilled at survivall but had we held on for the draw (no question that their second was an unpreventable goal), the headlines might have been more about QPR which would hjave pleased me no end. Having said that, they would probably still have ignored us and focussed on 'City Bottle Title' etc etc.
