On my phone so cannot post the link but in today's paper it's basically saying Tottenham want 5m for Pienaar, Everton might not be able to afford him and MoN is going to try and get in there and get him signed up, also says we might face competition from Villa of Martinez gets the job.

A very good player IMO and a player that I wanted here in January, he has certainly gained Everton an extra few points since going back there and if he came here I think he would be class!! He might be 30 but the lad still has it and he is certainly worth 5m.

    Sunderland sniffing around Pienaar

Amid reports that Tottenham want as much as £5m for Steven Pienaar, Sunderland are said to be lining up a bid for the South African.
The 30 year-old's emotional interview after the season closer against Newcastle suggests that he'd rather stay at Goodison Park but such a price would probably be well beyond David Moyes's budget.

The Blues' boss would surely balk at paying so much for a player in the later years of his career even if he had that much cash to splash this summer.

Rate him highly and he is probably the right sort of bloke to improve us.

Larsson on his way out? This wouldn't upset me too much.

Wouldn't be surprised if larsson plays more games in the middle next season. It's no surprise MoN's teams play counter attacking football with quick wingers that like to run with the ball

He doesn't offer enough and we currently have far better in the middle of the park
