Again I agree and while I admit I'm also a KD fan and still believed he could get it right I was never a Woy fan but still believed he deserved time to get it right (yeah yeah I can hear the shocked silence). Maybe its me being old fashioned but given a few years everyone can be fairly assessed. Granted in a situation like with Woy where the results are bad AND you have little support within the club I guess maybe that was inevitable but for years we ALWAYS gave our managers time. Although there has been an inevitability about this, I have always dreaded the day when Liverpool Football Club became just like any other club. I fear today is that day.
Couldn't tell from the post, this was obviously joking around yours was a positive to a negative in my name. No point in going further with it.
I echo those that are SLIGHTLY worried! Not sure who or if anyone is advising Werner & Henry but for me it shows the importance of having a knowledgable DOF appointed as soon as possible especially with their naivety in football. Perhaps they are being advised already, maybe they were told that we have underperformed and Dalglish had made some tactical and poor purchases I am not sure. Perhaps the same advisor failed to mention how unlucky we were, how difficult it is to get top four in reality or that we have suffered through the Suarez incident and through injuries etc... But we surely need a DOF before we appoint our next manager!
The lady in charge of ticketing has been sacked too, and Community Manager Brian Hall has left the club too,as well as John Achterburg the GK coach
Just read this on the Beeb; Whelan talking about the Martinez approach and Liverpool as a club "The Liverpool hierarchy is non-existent at present We played there about three months ago and there was not one soul in the boardroom. "There doesn't seem to be any heart in the club. I was a little disturbed because to me Liverpool is one of the great football clubs. "There's no heart beating in the club. You've got to put the heart in Liverpool." Disturbs me alittle that we have no-one in charge of running the club (not just the team/squad).
