And i think that figure stayed the same from last year. This year should be an increase due to the ticket touting for the olympics.
No, no, if you're going to pull me up on this then please do explain. Apart from shirt sales they have a similar size stadium and would get similar prize and TV money from the Premier League, so please do tell me where these extra Liverpool resources come from?
Don't think Liverpool are a worry Supers - check out what their fans are saying on here. They want Mourinho, Benitez, Klopp or Guardiola lol. Accepting someone like Martinez would be 'accepting mediocrity' apparently.
yorkie, you know as well as i do that villa don't make anywhere near the same kind of wonga that liverpool do. their owner is reigning in the outgoings and to a degree thats a good thing to see. however, it won't appease their fans who want something to shout about rather than a well oiled ship. i don't know the figures but i'd happily bet that liverpool rake in at least double what villa do every year, possibly even three times the amount
No their fans just sack the manager because "He doesn't understand us, he doesn't understand the liverpooool people"
i would bet my life on it not being guardiola. that really would be a fall from grace, wouldn't it!! please, let it be steve kean. please!!!

Villa are in the Top 20 clubs in Europe for revenue, that was my point really, they are only expected to finish in the top half season 1 and maybe a Europa place season 2, achievable. Getting Liverpool into the Champions League will be a lot tougher.
