Looks like they have copied us and decided to raid the Utd reserves lol. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18084304
'Hungry young players with winning mentalities' Hmmmm better get used to lots of draws and defeats then, with not many goals either...... Even the mere mention of the name Pearson makes me yawn and want to fall asleep.
not really our signings are they id like to think we got the best from the man-u academy in chester, stewart & evans, but time will tell...
No doubt they are good players but they was budget signings. Drinkwater, De Laet and James all cost 1M each so Nigel can afford to pay for the better players at Man U
Fees don't necessarily match quality, and from what I've seen of James (admittedly not much) he's no better than Evans.
Because over the last few years we've been really great at not paying over the odds? I was hoping we'd be over the Leicester obsession by the end of the season, clearly not.
Not really fussed about James, not seen anything of him to be honest, but I think De Laet would have been a good target for us, good player who plays all across the back line but if its true his fee was 1 million then probably not..
I don't deny for one moment that we've overpaid for players, and I'm not obsessed with Leicester in the slightest. Just having a joke around with Proudy
Indeed. It appears that the slightest interaction with any Leicester fan is now considered an obsession.
Well at the minute thre isn't much to talk about. All what's happening is we have signed 3 players, the play off final and you hit the self destruct button. Apart from that nothing is happening in this league
It's bordering on immoral if not ilegal when the main ones give the impression of being of school age.
'De Laet is ****.' Not my words, the words of a Man Utd fan who happens to be my wife's mates husband. He's from Manchester and is a season ticket holder so I don't have a beef with him. He also goes to reserve team games. He really doesn't rate him at all.
