I know (Think) a Moto GP (I know, different kettle of fish) had a race delayed until Monday last year. With China being the weekend after there really isn't time to delay the race, is there?
I've just seen online that apparently Petrov and Heidfeld will be wearing different race suits this weekend. Apparently they'll be all gold with black detail, rather than the other way around. This is supposed to have a small benefit in keeping the drivers cool, and apparently they'll use them for other hot races in the year. Good idea, but it does beg the question - why bother with the black suits in the first place?? I'm not trying to think if any other drivers wear black (or very dark) race suits now.
Better not postpone or stop it like a bunch of wussies. There are many drivers that would do anything to catch the Redbull's before it becomes impossible.
because it traditional Lotus Race Suits from the JPS days. But now they are going to go out like a pack of B&H
That will be sad, F1 drivers as I have heard from many people, would be frowned upon to be scared of the weather, but I can see the reality of it, safety does come first. Forget the points.
I think Alonso will be brilliant. He likes Malaysia, and he's taken the time to relax at Hamilton Island: http://www.hamiltonisland.com.au/fernando-alonso Press Conference Schedule: Thursday - Buemi, Button, Massa, Rosberg, Trulli Friday - Boullier, Brawn, Horner, Kaltenborn, Kolles, Hembery

Good news for HRT fans, Karthikeyan just posted a time within 107% of the leaders! They make make the race this time.
Renault having some (brake?) issues this morning, and the Virgin looking like it had a similar problem, pretty dramatic off's (Apart from Heidfeld) Having now read some updates the Renault's issue was apparently with its suspension uprights, but they have yet to explain what went wrong with them.
