Manchester United veteran Ryan Giggs has been named the greatest player of the Premier League era http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18074986

    Who makes these things up?
There a loads of players that have graced the Premiership that are far better than Giggs.

    Bergkamp
    Ronaldo
    Shearer
    Henry
    Cantona
    Scholes
    etc
    etc

I've just commented on the Man Ure board on this topic.

That will be me banned, bunch of mopes who dish it out but cannot take it.

Henry was a far better player than Giggs. And he could keep his cock in his Y fronts.

Who bit your cock off today?

You seem to be turning into a right grumpy old bugger.

Although i do support United, at the end of the day it's only a game, and worse **** happens at sea, and all that bollocks.

Keep up the good work ER, i aspire to be as grumpy as you one day, so that i too can piss off the kids of today.

John O'Shea only won trophies because Ryan Giggs played in the same team.

    It's definitely not Giggity.

I'd go for Bergkamp, Henry or Zola.

Zola didn't win the league title, did he? I'd discount him, as good as he was.

Indeed, don't you just love him. His biggest regret was not closeing his fist when he slapped that **** Shearer. True class and the mark of the man. <ok>

Winning the league title is a team effort, this award was about an individual. Zola was fun to watch and definitely one of the masterclass of the PL. I'd have him above Gigg's.

So what? We're talking best player.

So because Zola did not win the title on his own he is by your definition crap?
