    I didn't want to rant but I can't help it !

My Grandad has a lot to answer for, why did he have to be a Sunderland supporter ? He took me to my first match at Roker Park in 1963 and I've suffered ever since !

What absolute rubbish yesterday, c**p players putting in c**p performances, c**p tactics, or non at all, no commitment, no passion, nothing ! What an embarassment !!!

For 48yrs I've had to make excuses for inconsistency and rubbish (except 1973). It doesn't matter who the Manager is, who the players are, which decade you are in, It's always been the same.

I'll get over it I always do, but today the players deserve a deduction of a months wages and I hope that Ellis Short and Quinny give the Manager the biggest b********g he's ever had.

I'm just grateful that we have 38 points and we've got 7 games to get two or three more otherwise, as usual we would be in the annual relegation dogfight !

I just hope that Ellis Short counts from 1 to 10 and resists doing anything too hasty, like taking his money somewhere else !

Sorry for the rant, it's over now. After we've beaten West Brom 3 - 0 next week it'll all be fogotten - until the next time !

So you admit you wish you were taken to see NUFC? The NE no1 club?

That's what I like to see, forever the optimist, 3-0????? Unless there is a total transformation this week I can see us struggling to get anything, they're not the roll-over team any more.

If Sunderland went bankrupt and ceased to be I would still support them over N*wcastle!
