No they don't. They simply state that to be successful at this level you need hundreds of millions. Nothing to do with hundreds of millions being thrown at Rangers, the only phrase in reference to Green is 'significant funds'.

They're specifically saying that they have money earmarked for buying players and a conduit, Paul Stretford, to help with buying players. At the same time, they're suggesting shagging the creditors with either a CVA or liquidation. No matter how you try to dress it up, they're trying to get the fans onside by saying they have money for new players and to keep existing ones while they don't have money to pay their debts.

Sounds like politician-speak to me that the paper has blown up to make a story.

i really wouldnt care - id rather have a close title race i dont see large sums being pumped in simply because its the spl - unless they have an exit to england strategy i dont see that changing essentially - whats in it for them?
