BB, your story of your son reminds me of my arrival in the UK from South Africa when I was four. In those days Heathrow was more open and you could see family and friends waiting beyond passport control, from the arrivals lounge. I'd had a pretty ****ty few months and when I saw my dad waiting for me with my grandparents I just ran to them as fast as I could. An immigation Officer yelled at me to stop and present my passport. I turned and shouted back, "Voertsek!" whilst still running, much to the amusement of the South Africans watching. Voertsek is an Africaans word that can mean "go away" in some cicumstances, but it can also mean something much worse in other contexts. It is not the sort of word you expect to hear from an angelic looking (if somewhat scarred) blond four year old.
Evening all. Its good to have the laptop back, and a day before expected and a full £40 cheaper than expected. Its been a busy day, i had to go to uni to sort out mitigation on the last assignment, then i had to get some books to do the assignment, then i had to get some cards for teachers. How is everyone?

Oh BTW, Dad said that he was at the ground today and saw a coupe of dumper trucks there. I would think it means that they are getting ready to dig up the hallowed turf.
well they did say this week, so i'm not surprised...though i drove past today and didn't see anything...must have been looking in the wrong place! lol
I dont know where they were, he just said he saw them. I cannot wait to see it start. I am going down next week to have a look and will hopefully get some pics for you all.
believe me i will try!! That would be the best. I am getting a bit of a collection lol. I just need to decorate my room so i can frame my signed shirt and hang the other 3 up with it and it will look good.
Yeah, that might be easier said than done though lol. It might be as hard as getting a bit thats actually got grass on it lmao.
