Is what we get for finishing 13th so hopefully that will be all put towards our playing squad and hopefully can be used to get us some better players.

If only our lads could of been bothered and kept there foot on the gas for the last month or so we would of had an extra 3-4m!!!!

Lets put it all to acquiring the services of (all free agents btw)....

    Mohamad Diame
    Junior Hoilett
    Hugo Rodallega
    Arouna Kone

Can you see Hoillett in the same team as Sessegnon?

Would be a decent squad striker IMO, would chip in with a few goals, we could do a lot worse, he seemed to thrive linking up with N'Zogbia at Wigan with Sess, McClean and hopefully Hoilett he would do a good job for us

Never rated the lad, has an almost 1 in 5 goal scoring record (24 in 117 games) and this season has 2 in 23 , dosn't really fit into MONs target of 2 x 15 goal a season .you say we could do a lot worse, I would like to think we could a lot better. For starters how about Yakubu still only 29 and scored 18 in a relegation season and Fletcher only 25 and scored 12 in another relegation season.

I think the whole point is we don't need squad players as we have a team full of them. We must buy better than we currently have and not sell any of our really top players. To be honest there are only 3 players I would be unhappy about us selling: Sess, McClean & Bardo. I think it would be possible to replace anyone else with better quality. That includes injury records, I like OShea and Brown but both struggle with injuries.

Can't argue about Yak and Fletcher - I don't really like Yakubu but he scores goals and that's something we have sorely missed this season

I think you'll get a bigger name than Yakubu. Whereas O'Neill will want a goal scorer, I don't think he'd be that keen on Yak. His teams are always industrious and Yak is probably one of the laziest in the league. Fletcher would be a cracking signing. Jordan Rhodes. Big step up but I think he is defo capable. After that I see someone coming in from abroad who has been scoring in one of the euro leagues.
