Might as well start it sooner rather than later. Wolves Jarvis Doyle Fletcher Hennessey Blackburn Hoilett Yakubu Pedersen Bolton Don't really want anyone tbh, maybe Petrov.
Junior Hoilet and Fletcher. + plus 1 top class center back. Bring Chris Samba back to England. Sign tt and diakite permanently and that would do me. Hughes wants to concentrate on culling the fringe players and the deadwood.
I think we may need another central mid soon (for some reason) but can't see that these teams have one. Aside from that, Jarvis, Kightly, Doyle, Fletcher, Eagles, Hoillet might be decent additions but more squad than first team.
Lighten up Ellers. I'd have taken Hoilett and Fletcher before wolves and bburn were relegated. The fact they have been means they are more likely to be available. This is a qpr message board. No ones rubbing it in.
I've been reading you guys for a while. Armed with latent euphoria and too much wine I'm gonna post!! Here goes. If we sign Hoilett I'll be amazed and chuffed. He'll go to Liverpool or Spurs surely. Hughes has a lot of dead wood to lose and then I think he knows what he wants. Every aspect of our team needs to be better next season and it will be.
None of them IMO all a bit wonky I can see MH going for a few French players afterall I doubt if any of you lot even know what is happening there? The talent is outstanding Montpellier has an outstanding team
I'd agree with you, foreign players are the way to go, cheaper and normally better, lower league players i like too, normally show more determination and effort, there is a lot of talent down there Hoilett is superb but looks bigger club bound, apart from him, there's no one i'd want from the relegated clubs...no buying players for the sake of it
Highly unlikely Hughes will be looking at any of the relegated clubs for recruits except for Hoilett. As I said on another strand it would be crazy to be looking at the likes of Yakubu, Doyle and Perdersen. Much as they all have their talents MH inhereted a squad from Warnock that had an average of around 30 and if he is truly building for the future he will continue to look for youth.
To answer the OP: In this order: 1: Chung Yung Lee (Bolton) 2: Stuart Holden (Bolton) Both been injured the whole season, CYL was their Player of the Year last season, with both fit Bolton would have survived. 3: Matthew Jarvis (Wolves) 4: Mark Davies (Bolton) 5: Steven Fletcher (Wolves) 6: Steven Nzonzi (B'burn) Won't put Hoilett in there as he's probably out of our league.
