They would improve our squad - especially Jarvis - but I have lost all faith in our transfers both good and bad. After seeing 12+ million and 80k a week wasted on Jerome & Palcious - well, what can I say!
I don't think it matters who we sign, Pulis will soon have them playing like they couldn't pass wind never mind a football.

The brother-in-law of the mate I go to the games with came out with a rumour today that beggars belief. He said that Pulis was moving upstairs to be director of football and the managers seat was going to be filled by Rafa Benitez! There was no mention of what would happen to John Rudge. When asked where he'd heard it, all he would say was, "I have my sources!" Sounds like utter tripe to me.
Its a rumour that wont seem to go away - they often come true eventually! I just cant see how a manager of Rafa's experience and CV could ever be watched over by a manager like TP? Also a Director of Football is normally responsible for the accademy, transfer kitty and what type of players come and go - Not TP's strong points in my opinion!
I wish TP would go upstairs.......................get his cap.............................then his coat........................and feck off!!
