I genuinely believed the guy had turned over a new leaf, but you could tell he never wanted to be at QPR. I think his frustration today was having to be fighting relegation on the last day at a club he's no feelings for, when he could have been playing 30miles west playing for a place in the Champions League for a club he loved. I think he'll get a ban of around 3/4 months, but I'd give him double that. I can't see him ever playing for QPR again though.
He's already been sent off this season, so will be 4 games for the elbow, another 3 for the knee/kick, probably another 3 for refusing to leave the pitch and 3 more for the headbutt. I make it 13 games probably, and he'll never play for QPR again either, can see him ending up at somewhere like Leicester, as no Premier League club will ever take him again.

Ive come to the conclusion that Barton single-handedly cost Man Utd the title, and not cos he reduced QPR to ten men. The only reason City won was because the Bolton result was already in and QPR basically stopped playing as they knew they were safe. So because of his mentalness in delaying the game by 5 minutes he cost Utd the title. As a Scouser he must have planned it.
